Go to
GTA V -> mods -> update -> udate.rpf -> common -> data -> then edit dlclist and at the bottom add this line dlcpacks:/wpd2/

Anyone have link for an LSPD version of this ?
It would be cool to see a 1992-1997 edit of Tiddy's Stanier remake, but that probably falls under making his model look "too much" like an actual Crown Victoria, which is something he's against even though a 1:1 Crown Victoria was featured multiple times in official R* artwork for GTA 5 and for the Freemode Events GTA: Online update.
